User Data Deletion

At Skyhighes Automation, we respect your privacy and are committed to giving you control over your personal information.

This page explains how you can request the deletion of personal information and data associated with your Skyhighes Automation account, including information obtained through connected Facebook and Instagram accounts.

1. Requesting Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your personal data at any time.

To submit a data deletion request, please contact us using the email address below:

To help us process your request, please include:

  • Your name
  • Email address associated with your Skyhighes Automation account
  • Your workspace or organization name, if applicable
  • A brief description of the data you want deleted

We may request additional information to verify that you are the owner of the account or data associated with the request.

2. What Happens After You Submit a Request?

Once we receive your request, we will:

  1. Verify your identity and account ownership where necessary.
  2. Review the data associated with your account.
  3. Process the requested deletion.
  4. Remove or anonymize eligible personal information from our systems.
  5. Confirm completion of the deletion request where applicable.

We will process requests within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.

3. Data That May Be Deleted

Depending on how you use Skyhighes Automation, your deletion request may include the following information:

Account Information

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Account information
  • Workspace or organization information
  • User profile information

Social Media Connection Information

If you have connected social media accounts to Skyhighes Automation, deletion may include:

  • Connected Facebook account information
  • Connected Facebook Page information
  • Connected Instagram account information
  • Social media account identifiers
  • Access tokens and authentication credentials stored by our service
  • Social media connection metadata

Social Media Management Data

Where applicable, deletion may include:

  • Scheduled posts
  • Publishing records
  • Social media account configuration
  • Content associated with your account
  • Analytics and reporting information associated with your account
  • Other personal information stored in connection with your workspace

4. Facebook and Instagram Data

Skyhighes Automation may allow users to connect eligible Facebook Pages and Instagram Professional accounts through Meta’s APIs.

If you connect a Facebook or Instagram account to Skyhighes Automation, we use the information and permissions authorized by you to provide features such as social media management, publishing, scheduling, and analytics.

You can request deletion of information associated with these connections at any time.

You can also disconnect your Facebook or Instagram account from Skyhighes Automation.

When a social media connection is disconnected, Skyhighes Automation will stop using the associated authorization credentials for future API operations, subject to applicable technical and legal requirements.

5. Disconnecting Your Facebook or Instagram Account

If your Skyhighes Automation account provides a Disconnect, Remove Account, or similar option, you may use that option to remove your social media connection.

Disconnecting an account does not necessarily delete your entire Skyhighes Automation account.

If you want your personal information and associated account data to be deleted, please submit a Data Deletion Request using the process described above.

6. Information We May Retain

In certain circumstances, we may be required or permitted to retain limited information.

For example, information may be retained when necessary for:

  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Fraud prevention
  • Security purposes
  • Resolving disputes
  • Enforcing our agreements
  • Maintaining necessary business records

Where information must be retained, we will limit the retained information to what is reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose.

7. Data Deletion Does Not Affect Third-Party Platforms

Deleting information from Skyhighes Automation does not automatically delete information held directly by Facebook, Instagram, or other third-party services.

If you want information held directly by Meta to be deleted, you may also need to manage your information through your Meta/Facebook/Instagram account or use the deletion mechanisms provided by those services.

Skyhighes Automation can only delete information that it controls or stores.

8. Data Deletion Timeline

After receiving and verifying your request, we will process eligible deletion requests within a reasonable period.

The time required may depend on:

  • The amount of information involved
  • Verification requirements
  • Technical processing requirements
  • Legal or regulatory retention requirements

We will communicate with you if additional information is required to process your request.

9. If You Cannot Access Your Account

You can still request deletion even if you cannot log in to your Skyhighes Automation account.

Please provide the email address previously associated with your account and any information that can help us identify the account.

For security reasons, we may need to verify ownership before processing the request.

10. Privacy

Your data deletion request will be handled securely.

We will use information provided during the deletion-request process only as reasonably necessary to:

  • Verify your identity
  • Locate your account
  • Process your request
  • Communicate with you about the request
  • Maintain necessary records of the request
